Cooking Classes Come To Barrington Hall
The classes, scheduled for June through September, will be taught by Chef Wendy Gray and Chef Judith McLaughlin.

ROSWELL, GA -- Barrington Hall has rolled out its cooking class schedule for June through September.
All classes will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Tuesdays in the historic home's kitchen, and include complimentary wine and a mini-tour.

The classes will be taught by two newly hired chefs: Wendy Gray and Judith McLaughlin.
Gay is a culinary educator, catering professional, chef and owner of Culinary Vacations, a travel cooking school that focuses on the cuisines of different regions in France, Italy and Spain. She was trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute in Hyde Park, New York.

Upon emigrating to the United States, McLaughlin settled in Atlanta where she started her own gourmet food business, The Shamrock and Peach.
Specializing in Scots-Irish cuisine, she has created her own unique food fusion by blending the techniques of her homeland with the new found flavors of the South.
