Cooking Classes Continue at Barrington Hall in Roswell
Classes will be held Tuesdays, cost $50 and include a mini tour of the historic home.

ROSWELL, GA -- A lineup of cooking classes will take your taste buds on a world tour without leaving Roswell.
Residents who want to brush up on their culinary skills are invited to join professional chefs at Barrington Hall as they share expertise on how to turn your meals into memorable experiences.
All classes take place from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Tuesdays in the historic kitchen of the home and include complimentary wine and a mini-tour of Barrington Hall.

- May 2: Italian Pasta Party

- June 20: Summer Grilling
- June 27: Fourth of July Party
- July 11: Southern Summer Entertaining (with Oli & Ve)
The classes will be taught by two chefs: Chef Wendy Gray and Chef Judith McLaughlin.

Gay is a culinary educator, catering professional, chef and owner of Culinary Vacations, a travel cooking school that focuses on the cuisines of different regions in France, Italy and Spain. She was trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute in Hyde Park, New York.
Upon emigrating to the United States, McLaughlin settled in Atlanta, where she started her own gourmet food business, The Shamrock and Peach. Specializing in Scots-Irish cuisine, she has created her own unique food fusion by blending the techniques of her homeland with the new-found flavors of the South.
