Elm Street Improvements Open House Set For Nov. 28

The open house gives residents a chance to learn how the improvements tie into the larger Highway 9/Oxbo Road realignment project.

ROSWELL, GA -- The city of Roswell will host a public information open house next week on proposed improvements to Elm Street in its historic district.

The open house will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 28 in Room 220 at Roswell City Hall.

Representatives from Southern Pines Construction Group, LLC, a developer that has proposed subdividing a lot on Maple Street to accommodate three new lots, will be present at the open house.

Residents will also have the opportunity to learn how the proposed Elm Street improvements will work with the larger Highway 9/Oxbo Road realignment project, which was approved by voters as part of the Transportation Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax referendum in November 2016.

Roswell City Hall is located at 38 Hill Street.
