Please join us for our first annual "National NuStep Challenge Day"!  Elmcroft of Roswell Tuesday, August 21, 9 until Noon (2nd floor) Refreshments, games, prizes and fun for all!   Come dressed and ready to work out using our fabulous NuStep machine!   Our goal is to have the NuStep being used continually from 9 until noon Each step will be added to our grand total that will be announced at noon! ALL participants will receive a gift for their contribution of steps!  (Enter your guess of total steps and the winner will receive a bonus gift!)
