FCS names Andy Trevers Assistant Director of Athletics
Fellowship Christian School has named longtime coach and educator Andy Trevers as its assistant director of athletics.

Veteran coach and administrator Andy Trevers has been named Assistant Director of Athletics for Fellowship Christian School.
Trevers, who joined the school as elementary school assistant athletic director in 2015, serves as varsity boys soccer coach at FCS. He served an assistant coach to Tim Rice for the Lady Paladin soccer team that captured the GHSA Single A Championship in May 2016.
A native of London, England, Trevers has spent more than 27 years as a coach and leader.

During his career at Mount Pisgah Christian School, Trevers served as director of community soccer outreach from July 2006 until joining FCS. He was also director of girls’ soccer at Mount Pisgah Athletics for nine years, beginning in July 2006.
In addition to his soccer responsibilities at Mount Pisgah, Trevers was assistant athletic director for the Johns Creek school from July 2011-13. He was named athletic business manager at Mount Pisgah in July 2013. He also served as Mount Pisgah’s director of athletic leadership council from July 2012-January 2015.

Trevers, who served as director of academy programs and director of player development over an eight-year span with the Tophat Soccer Club of Atlanta, played soccer in England. He began his soccer career as an amateur and semi-pro player in his native country.
After moving to Atlanta in 1998, Trevers played soccer for the professional team called the Atlanta Attack. He was a member of the NPSL reserve squad and played semi-pro soccer with the Atlanta Lightning of the USISL.’
Trevers began his coaching career in 1990 with the Cobb Union Soccer Club, where he led the under-18 and under-19 girls’ team to three state championships during a four-year span. He took a full-time position with the Tophat Soccer Club in 1998 and guided his team to six consecutive state titles.
Overall during his amateur coaching career, Trevers’ teams have won 16 Georgia state Cups, including 10 as a head coach and six as an assistant. His teams have advanced to 16 regional championship games, winning three of them and claiming third place twice. As an assistant coach, he helped his team claim fourth place at the national championships.
In 2003, Trevers served as head coach of the 85 Olympic Development team that captured the Regional ODP Championships and placed fourth at nationals. A USSF National C Licensed coach, Trevers has helped guide more than 250 amateur players into college soccer.
