Fellowship Christian Names New Head Girls Lacrosse Coaches
Allison "Alli" Senft and Tracy Morgan have been selected to lead the Lady Paladin girls high school lacrosse program.
ROSWELL, GA -- Allison "Alli" Senft and Tracy Morgan have been named new head coaches for the Fellowship Christian School girls varsity lacrosse program.
"I am very excited to have coach Senft and coach Morgan join our coaching staff at FCS," Athletic Director David Lowery said. "Their passion and knowledge for lacrosse are impressive, but even more so is their desire to help mentor, lead, and encourage our female athletes to become the young women they are called to be. We are extremely blessed to add two coaches with such strong backgrounds in girls lacrosse to our high school program."
Senft comes to FCS from Lassiter High school, where she has been an assistant varsity lacrosse coach, JV head coach and a coach in the Lassiter junior program. She also serves as a coach with No Doubt Lacrosse. Morgan has been a head coach with the Pope High School junior program, leading its U9, U11 and U13 teams. She also served the Junior Greyhound program as the lacrosse board commissioner. Additionally, Morgan is the owner of Train for the Game, a sports performance training company assisting junior, collegiate and professional athletes.

A goalkeeper in high school, Senft was the first Lassiter athlete to earn a girls lacrosse scholarship. Following two seasons at Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, N.C., before transferring to Kennesaw State University. She made KSU's NCAA Division I women's lacrosse team and served as team captain. A communications major in college, Senft will serve as the middle school receptionist at FCS. She attends HighPoint Church Atlanta in Kennesaw.
"I am very excited to be a part of the Fellowship community and ready to lead the girls lacrosse team," Senft said. "My mission is to motivate our players through positive energy and determination to become bigger and better people. My hope is that our players learn not just about the game of lacrosse, but also about life. My goal is for our players to have the confidence to impact the world, through the guidance we will be giving to them throughout this year. As a coach, my purpose is not only to teach my players how to play the game of lacrosse, but to also be aware of the platform in which they stand on, and to use that platform to help the community around them."

In addition to coaching lacrosse, Morgan is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) with an extensive background in sports performance training, especially for lacrosse athletes. She has helped develop training programs for middle and high school lacrosse teams in addition to her work with individual players.
A former strength and conditioning coach at the college level, she has trained many college prospects from Division I to Division III in lacrosse, football, and baseball. Coach Morgan is a graduate of the State University of New York at Cortland, and will be a community coach for girls lacrosse. Morgan, who earned a masters degree in exercise physiology from San Diego State University, will help in the area of strength training for FCS female athletes from other sports as well.

"I'm grateful for the opportunity to coach a team of young ladies who have been prepared so well, both mentally and physically, for high level lacrosse," Morgan said. "It's a honor to have been brought into the mix of great coaches under faithful leadership at Fellowship Christian School, and I'm excited to be a part of creating strong leaders and athletic performers for the Paladins."
Jeff Buchweitz will remain on the high school staff.
