Flippin' Pizza Roswell Celebrates Grand Opening April 27

ROSWELL, GA – You now have a new place where you can grab a slice of New York-style pizza and a cold one in Roswell.

That's because Flippin’ Pizza NY Pies & Slices has opened its first of several metro Atlanta locations at 920 Marietta Highway Suite C340.

The grand opening celebration will be held from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 27. Over the past decade, Flippin’ Pizza has stayed true to its Brooklyn roots by serving up hand-tossed pies made with dough prepared fresh daily with only four ingredients, including water.

The new Roswell location features a by-the-slice pie case and pie making station where guests can sit and watch where the flippin’ magic happens as they sip on rotating local craft beers on tap. The dining room features big screen TV’s free Wi-Fi, and a large event room available for fundraisers and private parties.

Flippin’ Pizza understands the unique needs of both business and residential guests, and offers daily slice specials, as well as a broad range of menu options for all palates. They offer online ordering through their website and on the Flippin’ Pizza mobile app, where residents and businesses can order for delivery or pickup. Their Flippin’ Perks Rewards Program allows guests to earn points for dollars spent, which they can redeem for items like slices, salads, garlic knots, house-baked cookies and more.

Though new to the Atlanta area, the business's authentic pies and slices have earned several “best pizza” awards from coast-to-coast.

To celebrate the opening, there will be live music by local musician Matt Supnick, and happy hour specials. In addition, each guest will receive a free slice of authentic hand-tossed NY pizza and a complimentary Coca-Cola® beverage or Coca-Cola Freestyle® fountain drink. Free beer will also be offered, limit one per adult.

Beginning at 3:30 p.m., the first customers will receive Coca-Cola® giveaways, like beach towels, t-shirts, and key chains. As an added perk, Flippin’ Pizza Dough Club members will receive an additional special offer, as well as a chance to win free pizza for a year (12 pies). To add to the excitement, Flippin’ Pizza will partner with Curing Kids Cancer®, an organization located in Marietta and founded in 2005 by Clay and Grainne Owen after their son, Killian, passed away from leukemia. Guests will have the option to purchase raffle tickets for another chance to win free pizza for a year (12 pies), Stone Mountain Park™ all-day passes and other great prizes. This charity funds childhood cancer research and treatments across the country. The Curing Kids Cancer® organization will receive 100% of the proceeds from raffle ticket sales and all donations collected at the event.

Flippin’ Pizza Roswell store hours are 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday; and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday.
