First, today's weather:

Here are the top five stories today in Roswell:
- Yesterday, Jun. 27, the Fulton County elections board certified the results of the June general primary run-off election. Charlie Bailey won the lieutenant governor nominee and Janice Laws Robinson won the insurance commissioner nominee, both had 16 percent of their votes from Fulton. Bee Nguyen won the secretary of state nominee and William Boddie won the labor commissioner nominee, both had 17 percent of their votes from Fulton. (The Atlanta Journal Constitution)
- Atlanta SPHEEHA is hosting its "3rd International Tree Plantation Day" from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Jun. 30 in Roswell. SPHEEHA (Society for Preservation of Healthy Environment and Ecology and Heritage of Agra) will be joined by Erin Elwood, JC City Councilwoman, and Cory Rayburn, JC Stormwater Utility Manager. On Jun. 30, Atlanta SPHEEHA will plant more than 100 seedlings of fruits, vegetables, herbs, Japanese maple trees, and lemon trees. (Roswell Patch)
- Daniel Calhoun, a junior from Centennial High School in Roswell, is rated the nation's No. 2 offensive tackle in the 2024 class. Daniel is 6-foot-6 and 349 pounds and has already had about 40 college offers. Before the start of his junior season, he plans to release his top 12 list. (UGA Sports)

- The company that owns the New Orleans-style seafood concept, Hugo's Oyster Bar, in Roswell is opening a new high-end seafood restaurant in Brookhaven in 2023. C&S Restaurant Group plans to open C&S Seafood and Oyster Bar in a complex called Porter on Peachtree, located at 3930 Peachtree Road. It will be the C&S Seafood and Oyster Bar's third location, including one in Sandy Springs which opened in 2020. (Reporter Newspapers)
