GAHBA's Sales and Marketing Council Elects Lennar Atlanta's Rose Humphrey to Its Executive Council

The Sales & Marketing Council of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association has elected Rose Humphrey, Marketing Manager with Lennar Atlanta to its Executive Council. Her three-year term will start in January 2016.

During her first year on the GNHBA’s Sales & Marketing Executive Council, Humphrey will serve as Secretary-Treasurer. In 2017, she will be Vice Chair, before assuming the Chairperson position in 2018.

The Sales and Marketing Council is involved in the housing community in the greater metropolitan Atlanta area through special events, education, specialized communications and certification programs unique to sales and marketing professionals. This Council also coordinates the HBA’s annual OBIE Awards, the highest honors within the Atlanta housing industry.

We also want to support a number of community organizations that will benefit from our collective expertise,” says Humphrey.

Rose Humphrey, a creative, high-energy marketing professional with extensive expertise in strategic planning, brand development, direct marketing and team leadership, was VP of Neighborhood Marketing with John Wieland Homes for more than a decade before joining Lennar Atlanta in 2010 when Lennar Corp.
