ROSWELL, GA -- On Sunday, the Georgia Department of Transportation will begin resurfacing a major thoroughfare in Roswell.

The agency will kick off the project to resurface S.R. 120/Marietta Highway the evening of April 17. The city notes the work will take about four weeks to complete, weather permitting.

The project, which will be done between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m., will begin at the Cobb County line and extend to S.R. 9/Atlanta Street.
