The term “clean commuting” refers to carpooling, vanpooling, taking public transit, teleworking, working a compressed work week, walking or biking to work — all actions that decrease the number of cars on our region’s roadways.

Georgia Commute Options provides incentives to commuters who use these alternatives and partners with employers and property managers to offer those incentives to their employees and tenants on a large scale. The Georgia Commute Honors program recognized efforts within a range of categories covering the various levels of participation in the program.
