enAble of Georgia To Host Golf And Tennis Tournament
The tournament will be held Oct. 16 at the White Columns Country Club.
Milton, Georgia – August 22, 2017 – enAble of Georgia, Inc., (enAble) will hold its Golf and Tennis Tournament on Monday, October 16, 2017 at White Columns Country Club. The Tom Fazio designed golf course has consistently been one of Atlanta’s top golf courses. Situated on 250 rolling acres the 7,053 yard, par-72 course clearly shows what a talented designer can do with a piece of land. All guests will enjoy breakfast and lunch, generously donated by Chick-Fil-A Roswell and Chick-Fil-A Hapeville, contests, prizes, raffle, beverages, tasting treats from local restaurants and gourmet lunch after the event.
The purpose of the Golf and Tennis Tournament is to raise funds to support the mission of enAble of Georgia, to support people with special needs to lead fulfilled lives—physically, intellectually, and socially. Net proceeds from the event will directly support the adults that enAble serves and help maintain the 18 group homes and fleet of vehicles that enAble manages and operates.
enAble of Georgia was founded in 1979 by a group of parents seeking a place in their community and greater independence for their sons and daughters with developmental disabilities. enAble currently supports over 125 adults with developmental disabilities in Fulton County. All services provided by enAble focus on helping individuals become as independent as possible and to live, work and play in their community.
