HANDS ON CHEESEMAKING CLASS!

Robin from Calyroad Creamery will be here at Oli+Ve. You will work in pairs as a team to make cheese. While making cheese you will learn about wine/cheese pairings, the history of cheese and at the end of the two hour class you will take home 1/2 pound of cheese to enjoy.
