JA of Georgia Awards Several Roswell Area Students
Junior Achievement of Georgia's fifth annual "JA Fellows Expo" recently awarded several Roswell area students for their work with businesses.
Several Roswell area students were among 50 metro Atlanta students recognized by Junior Achievement of Georgia (JA) for their outstanding work and creativity in the JA Fellows Expo.
The award ceremony followed JA of Georgia’s fifth annual JA Fellows Expo, last month, which was held at the Georgia World Congress Center on Saturday, March 26.
The JA Fellows Program allows students to work with a host company to develop and execute a business plan in 20 weeks. This provides students with hands-on business experience that emphasizes the importance of the entrepreneurial spirit. Awards distributed included the FedEx Outstanding Young Business Person, ACG Most Innovative Company, FedEx Access Award and Best Company.
