North Fulton Hospital To Host Teen Self-Defense Class

The Just Yell Fire self-defense class for teen girls will be held in Roswell.

Recognize~Avoid~Escape

North Fulton Hospital has partnered with the experts at Revved Up Kids to offer a Just Yell Fire self-defense training class for teen girls age 11 and older.

This class teaches participants how to recognize and avoid dangerous situations and people, and how to defend themselves in an attack situation. The class includes discussions about teen girls’ risks for violent attacks at the hands of strangers, acquaintances and dating partners, techniques for being a less easy target, and full force street fighting self-defense training and practice that can be used to escape a larger, stronger attacker.
