• Observed various food items immproperly labeled in the WIC and RICs.
• Observed low concentration of sanitizer in sanitizing bucket.
• Observed knife and various utensils improperly stored.
• Observed no test strips available.
• Observed heavy food debris near grill area; observed shelves (near grill area) that need to be cleaned; observed gaskets and handles to RICs that need to be cleaned.
• Observed leaking ceiling in the WIC.
• Observed personal food items being stored with regular food items.
• Observed small insect crawling near grill area; observed no up to date pest control invoices.
• A follow-up inspection will be held Aug. 3.

• Observed food handler wearing wrist jewelry improperly. Food handlers can not wear ANY jewelry EXCEPT for a solid ring band.
• Observed a live roach crawling on wall. Facility must show proof of professional extermination services.
• A follow-up inspection will be held Aug. 5.
