Homebuilder Lennar Atlanta, the expanding division of Lennar (NYSE:LEN) celebrating its fifth anniversary in Atlanta this year, has added REALTOR® Darla Codling as New Home Consultant as well as Heidi Schneider as Marketing Assistant to its staff.

Darla Codling, who began her real estate in multi-family housing more than 20 years ago, has worked for a number of residential builders throughout the U.S. Through training and development, she enjoys helping others in the building industry achieve their goals, and likes to brainstorm and ‘think outside the box’ to get the desired results for her clients. She and her family enjoy boating on Lake Lanier and cheering on Notre Dame football.

Heidi Schneider, originally from Kansas City and an avid KC Chiefs fan, has extensive retail marketing experience, most recently with Macy’s South. She notes: “I’m excited to be working for one of the nation’s leading homebuilders.
