Lennar Atlanta Welcomes Lora Bowers, VP Finance and Operations

Todd Jones, Division President of Lennar Atlanta, welcomes Lora Bowers, CPA, to Lennar Atlanta as VP Finance and Operations. “Lora has already built a distinguished career in the homebuilding industry,” says Jones. “She brings a wealth of knowledge and energy to our team, right as we are entering a time of exciting growth.”
Lennar Atlanta, the fast-growing division of Lennar (NYSE:LEN), the second largest homebuilder in the nation, is celebrating its fifth anniversary in Atlanta this year. Since Lennar Atlanta started building in the metro area in 2010, the company has completed over 1,200 homes in more than 30 residential communities, primarily across Atlanta’s northern arc.
Prior to joining Lennar Atlanta, Bowers served as Corporate VP of Strategic Planning and Director of Internal Audit with Beazer Homes in Atlanta. Originally from South Korea, she completed her degree in Accounting/MIS with a minor in Music at the University of Notre Dame. She is an active member of AICPA, and enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.
