The woman said she was perusing the aisles for home-related items when she noticed a man, later identified as Harris, following her around the store. According to an incident report released by Milton police, the customer said she was viewing some items when she "felt a brush on her leg and figured she brushed up against something on the floor."
She felt the slight touch on her leg again and when she looked down, she allegedly saw Harris "with the cell phone angled up her skirt," according to the report.
The customer called 911, and an officer arrived at the business to respond to the call.
According to the report, the 19-year-old allegedly "admitted to taking several pictures and deleting them" before officers arrived on the scene. The report states Harris was at the time an employee of the Tuesday Morning location, and the manager subsequently criminally trespassed him from the store before he was taken away in handcuffs.
Harris was booked into Fulton County Jail's Alpharetta annex on March 29 and was released the following day on $6,000 bond.
Patch has reached out to Tuesday Morning to determine if Harris is still employed with the company, and is waiting to hear back.
