Police Identify Man Killed In Roswell Hotel Shooting
An argument between three men resulted in the shooting death of one man Friday evening at Atlanta Hotel on Old Dogwood Road.

Roswell police have identified the man fatally shot Friday evening at a hotel.

Anthony B. Leftenant, 30, of Alpharetta, was killed around 7:40 p.m. July 3 following an argument between three men at Atlanta Hotel, which is located at 9995 Old Dogwood Road.
The argument escalated and “one male was shot outside of a room,” said Roswell police spokesperson Zachary Frommer.

Frommer said Leftenant died at the scene from multiple gunshot wounds.
Investigators are working to gather information on possible suspects, but Frommer stated detectives believe the subjects involved knew each other and the “public is not at risk.”
