Meet Fulton County's Pets of the Week: Kondra, Dia and Sara

Kondra wins the prize for cutest girl! With her large saucer eyes, funny ewok ears and huge grin that goes from ear to ear, this one-year-old girl is just precious! Kondra is a petite girl who weighs only 27 lbs., and is a happy little jumping bean who has lots of puppy energy! She loves to run and play, gets along great with other dogs and calms down once she gets her wiggles out. Volunteers say she is a wonderful dog to walk, rides extremely well in the car and has a sweet and loving personality. She is also smart and aims to please, so she’ll be very easy to train. Kondra is getting bored at the shelter and is ready to meet her new family. Come meet this adorable girl today!

Our brindle baby Dia is a one-year-old love, and the joy she feels can be easily seen in her picture. Amazingly enough, she has been at the shelter for four months, and both staff and volunteers are amazed that this precious girl hasn’t been adopted yet! Dia is consistently chosen by volunteers to leave with them and be their Dog for the Day, because she is so happy and eager to please! She shines whenever she gets out and is able to show how happy and great she is. One volunteer said that he had a great time taking her out for a hike and to play in a river. He also said that Dia walked great on the leash, didn’t pull, was calm and friendly to all kids and dogs, and would make a “great companion for some lucky person.” Please come meet this beautiful lady and see why everyone here adores her!

Sara has also been at the shelter four months. This beautiful kitty is seven year’s old and is the sweetest kitty around. She loves to play, but is also happy just sitting in your lap. When she came into the shelter, she was skinny and had an infected eye, but now she is healthy and thriving! Come in and meet this pretty girl and find out why everyone thinks she is so sweet!
