New Face Joins Advanced Disposal's Roswell Office

Advanced Disposal, an integrated environmental services company, has a new face joining its Roswell office.

Jaime Mitchell has been hired to serve as region human resources manager for the company.

Mitchell will oversee the human resource systems and practices, recruiting and retention strategies and employee relations issues, along with compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws.

“Jaime comes to us with work experiences in both the military and solid waste industry,” said Charlie Gray, regional vice president for Advanced Disposal. “I’m confident that her broad background will make her an outstanding addition to the south region team.”

Mitchell most recently served as human resources manager with Republic Services. Prior to that post, she served as chief of human resources for the Department of Defense Marine Corps Community Service.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, a juris doctorate and LLM, masters of law from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
