New Juice Bar Opens Tuesday in Roswell

ROSWELL, GA -- A new healthy food café serving fresh juices, super-food smoothies, sandwiches and salads will soon be up and running in Roswell.

Sublime Tree on Crabapple Road will open its doors on Tuesday, Sept. 27.

The business is the creation of owners Patrick and Monika Scott. Both are long-time Atlanta area residents "who believe that the best medicines on the planet are the raw fruits and vegetables that grow from the ground," the company said in a press release.

The menu will include fresh cold-pressed juices prepared daily on-premises, smoothies and a selection of healthy menu items for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are even some kid-friendly organic snacks.

Sublime Tree will be open six days a week, and will offer a full dine-in, carry-out and drive-through menus.

"We believe education is important to empower our customers to make healthy choices in their lives,” Patrick Scott said.

Monika Scott added the couple knows first-hand that feeding one's body the right nutrients can have "profound positive effects on all aspects of your life: increased energy, improved mood and self-confidence, greater focus and a boost of motivation to help you achieve all of your life goals."

"It is a privilege for us to help bring these positive life changes to our community,” she added.

Sublime Tree is working with Georgia Organics and local suppliers like The Turnip Truck to keep a local, sustainable focus in sourcing its products. They are also proud to serve coffee benefiting the Georgia River Network, a statewide nonprofit environmental organization focused on protecting the state's rivers.

To celebrate the opening of the restaurant, the first ten people at the location in Roswell on Thursday, Friday and Saturday (Sept. 29 – Oct. 1) will receive a free smoothie every week for a year.

Sublime Tree is located at 10971 Crabapple Road Suite 1900. Its hours of operation are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday.
