Internal Medicine Associates of Roswell and Dr. Jason T. Hayes are proud to announce their new practice in Roswell.

The full-service medical practice offers comprehensive care and experience to treat a full range of illnesses.

“We believe in providing high level customer service, excellent patient care and outstanding patient education,” said Dr. Hayes. “We are extremely delighted to provide this service to Roswell and the surrounding communities of North Fulton.”

Dr. Hayes is a board-certified internal medicine physician and fellow of the American College of Physicians. He obtained his medical degree and master of science in public health from Meharry Medical College in Nashville in 2004.

At this institution, he was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Hayes completed his residency in general internal medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston in 2007. After residency, he served a four-year obligation with the National Health Service Corp, treating America’s most underserved patient populations.

Since then, Dr. Hayes has worked in various capacities from corporate medicine to primary care internal medicine and health care consulting.

In his spare time, Dr. Hayes spends time with his fiancée, Dr. Juelle Weekes of Northside Hospital-Cherokee Internal Medicine Services. They both enjoy traveling, volunteering, exercising and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Hayes also is an avid fan of SEC and NFL football, specifically the LSU Tigers and the New Orleans Saints.
