New Roundabout Coming To Old Alabama Road In Roswell

ROSWELL, GA -- Motorists who routinely utilize Old Alabama Road south of Holcomb Bridge Road will soon notice a road project taking shape in the coming weeks. Local developers will kick off work on a multi-lane roundabout near the new Riverwalk townhouse development.

The roundabout is being coordinated with the city between Riverside Road and Market Boulevard, Roswell said. The new roundabout will be part of the entrance to the residential development, which will be built over the next four to six months.

Drivers can also expect to see temporary lane closures during certain phases of construction, so motorists are strongly encouraged to be alert and use caution while traveling through the construction zone.

Weather permitting, drivers should expect new traffic patterns to go into effect as the project nears completion sometime this winter.
