The city of Roswell wants you to share the magic of the season with your friends and family at one of its many events lined up for the month of December.

From cooking classes that will help you amaze your guests to family-friendly events where you can create memories, the city notes its lineup has “something to delight and inspire everyone.”

• Dec. 1: Cooking Class — “Do-Ahead Dinner” at Barrington Hall, 6:30 p.m.
• Dec. 4: Night at the Polar Express at East Roswell Rec Center, 6 p.m.
• Dec. 3–9: “Works in Clay” Holiday Art Sale, Art Center West, various times
• Dec. 5: Breakfast with Santa at Roswell Area Park, 9 a.m.
• Dec. 5: Gingerbread Decorating at East Roswell Rec Center, 11 a.m.
• Dec. 5: Twisted Tinsel Holiday Spectacular at Barrington Hall, Bulloch Hall, and Smith Plantation, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Dec. 5: Roswell’s Annual Holiday Celebration on the Square, Historic Town Square, 5 p.m.
• Dec. 5 & 6: Santa’s Secret Gift Shop at Roswell Adult Rec Center, Saturday, 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.; Sunday, 1-4 p.m.
• Dec. 6: Caroling on Canton, Canton Street between Woodstock and Magnolia Streets, 5-7p.m.
• Dec. 8: A Candlelight Christmas at Smith Plantation, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
• Dec. 8, 10, 15, & 17: Christmas High Tea at Bulloch Hall, 4 p.m. each day
• Dec. 11: Holiday Hay Ride at East Roswell Park, 6 p.m.
• Dec. 11–13, 16–18, & 19–20: “A Christmas Carol” at Bulloch Hall, various times
• Dec. 12: Santa’s Magical Playhouse at Roswell Area Park, 9 a.m.
• Dec. 12: Open-Hearth Cooking & Living History at Smith Plantation, 10 a.m.
• Dec. 12: Christmas for Kids at Bulloch Hall, 10 a.m. to noon
• Dec. 12: Candy Cane Hunt at East Roswell Park, 5:30 p.m.
• Dec. 16 –18: “ The North Pole Fa-La-La-La Follies” Puppet Show at Roswell Cultural Arts Center, 4 p.m. each day.
• Dec. 9–21: “Santa’s Missing Mail” Puppet Show at Roswell Cultural Arts Center, various times
• Dec. 19: Live! In Roswell featuring m-pact at Roswell Cultural Arts Center, 8 p.m.
• Dec. 19 & 21: Cookies with Mrs. Claus at Barrington Hall, 10 a.m. and noon
• Dec. 21: Mittie and Thee’s 1853 Wedding at Bulloch Hall, various times throughout day
• Dec. 26: Open-Hearth Cooking and Living History at Smith Plantation, 10 to 3 p.m.
