Parents Can 'Get The Scoop' On River Eves Elementary At Ice Cream Social

Parents and guardians are asked to mark their calendars for River Eves Elementary School’s annual Kindergartener and New Student Ice Cream Social.

The PTA invites all rising kindergarten pupils and new students to attend an informative and fun social from noon to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 5.
Parents and families will ’get the scoop’ by meeting teachers, PTA leaders and Principal Neil Pinnock. Take the opportunity to ask questions about the school and start new relationships.

River Eves spirit wear merchandise will be available and families may also sign-up for the PTA, join our Calling All Dads program, learn about the school from other parents and make new friends.
“We enjoy giving the newest members of our school an inside look before school begins,” Pinnock said. “Along with the PTA, the staff are excited to welcome the new Eagles and their families. This is a fun event that also helps our students transition to a new school. We encourage all new students and their families to attend.”
