Patsy Cline Tribute Closes Out LIVE! In Roswell Series

ROSWELL, GA -- The 2016-2017 LIVE! In Roswell concert series will come to an end June 10 with a tribute to one of country music's most magical performers.

Katie Deal, daughter of Georgia Gov. Nathan Deal, will perform “Today, Tomorrow and Forever: A Tribute to Patsy Cline.”

This one-woman show features a live band, tight harmonies, and a powerhouse singer. In this tribute, the audience will learn a little bit about Katie, a little bit about Patsy, and a lot about why Patsy’s music is loved by so many.

Katie Deal grew up in Georgia and and after graduating with a degree in theatre from Piedmont College, she moved to Memphis for her first professional theatre work where she began portraying her childhood hero, Patsy Cline.

Since then, Deal has traveled the country wowing fans with her uncanny portrayal of the legendary singer. Having sold out two national tours of "A Closer Walk with Patsy Cline," Deal now tours with her own story of how the music and style of Patsy Cline have changed her life forever.

A seasoned professional and member of the Actors Equity Association, Deal is also an accomplished singer-songwriter who was awarded the 2016 Atlanta Society of Entertainers Recording Artist of the Year. She is also an Atlanta Country Music Hall of Fame honoree.

A festive pre-show cocktail hour provided by Top Jobs Staffing will be available in the lobby one hour prior to show time. The event starts at 8 p.m. and theater doors open 30 minutes prior to curtain.
