PGA Tour Superstore Awards $5,000 To The Drake House

The Foundation promotes positive change in peoples' lives and builds and enhances the communities in which they live.

From The Drake House: Recently, the PGA Tour Superstore though it’s Community Fund awarded The Drake House $5,000 to help homeless women and children become self-sufficient and return to stable housing. The grant will be used to continue life skills, after school, and career programming.

“Giving back to others is a fundamental pillar in our core values at the PGA TOUR Superstore, and The Drake House’s mission of empowering homeless single mothers and their children directly aligns with our community-first mentality and efforts to support surrounding communities,” says Ralph A. Stokes, Director of Marketing. The grant is made possible through The Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation. The Foundation promotes positive change in peoples' lives and builds and enhances the communities in which they live. Additionally, the Foundations seeks innovative solutions that enable young people, families and communities to achieve results beyond what seems possible today.

“We are excited to be recognized by this grant for the work we do in our community to help homeless families. With the support of Foundations such as the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation, we can continue to improve the services we provide including our new affordable housing program at our Drake Village apartments,” comments Holly York, Development Director for the Drake House.
