Police Investigating SunTrust Bank Robbery

The robbery occurred along Holcomb Bridge Road Thursday afternoon in Roswell.

Investigators with the Roswell Police Department are asking residents to help them identify a bank robbery suspect.

The agency responded to the robbery on Thursday, Sept. 17 at SunTrust Bank, which is located at 616 Holcomb Bridge Road.

According to police, a man entered the bank and presented a note demanding money. After getting the money, he left the area on foot. There was no direction of travel or vehicle description provided to police.

The suspect is described as a black man with a slim build, between 40 and 50 years old, about 5’11’’ to 6’1’’, between 160 and 175 pounds, medium brown skin and a mustache. He was wearing a light brown pullover sweater with zipper in the front, green Henley style shirt, blue jeans, sunglasses and a maroon “Waste Management” ball cap.
