Here are the top five stories in Roswell today:
- On Tuesday, Jun. 28, and Thursday, Jun. 30, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. the Fulton County Department of Public Works will host public hearings to discuss a resolution to authorize increases in water and sewer rates, fees, and charges at the Fulton County North Service Center. The Fulton County Board of Commissioners will decide whether to approve the new rate structure, which would go into effect on Jan. 1, 2023. (Fulton County GA)
- The 7th Art Around Roswell Sculpture Tour by the Roswell Arts Fund has launched. The outdoor public art sculpture collection is described as a free "museum without walls." The collection is in the city's park system, historic district, and private businesses. (Subscription: The Atlanta Journal Constitution)
- Joe Sikes helps the Computer Museum of America in Roswell with its technology infrastructure in his spare time. Sikes recently earned one of the first Ed Fair Volunteer of the Year awards for his dedication to the museum's systems. The award is named in honor of Ed Fair, the museum's initial volunteer. - Winter Everett, from 90 Day Fiancé and The Family Chantel, received bariatric surgery has has lost about 50 pounds. Early this month, Everett visited the Waterfall at Roswell Mill and posed under a waterfall. Her fans loved the picture and though she looked like a mermaid. (Screen Rant)
