Qualifying Begins On Monday For Roswell Election
The city's municipal election will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 3.

Residents in Roswell who want to run for local office will soon have a chance to qualify to seek those seats.

Qualifying will run from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 31 to Friday, Sept. 4 at Roswell City Hall.
The city’s municipal election will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 3. The election will fill the following seats: City Council Post 1, held by Richard Dippolito; Post 2, held by Becky Wynn; Post 3, which is vacant; and municipal court judge.

The qualifying fee for the Council seats is $540 while candidates must pay $2,401 to qualify as a municipal judge candidate.
