Author Renea Winchester will sign copies of her book, In the Garden with Billy: Lessons about Life, Love & Tomatoes at FoxTale Books this Friday, October 4, 2013 from 6:30 until 8:00. FoxTale Book Shoppe is located in the heart of downtown Woodstock at 105 East Main Street.
In the Garden with Billy features Roswell's beloved farmer, Billy Albertson. At 81 years old, Albertson still operates a road-side-vegetable-stand off Hardscrabble Road. In the Garden with Billy was nominated for a SIBA and Georgia Author of the Year, and was read by many book clubs throughout the Atlanta metro area.
Winchester's latest release, a collection of stories titled Mountain Memories, is available exclusively as an ebook. In 2014, Mercer University Press will release: Farming, Friends and Fried Bologna Sandwiches.
