Report: Person of Interest Arrested in Roswell Church Fire
A fire damaged Epiphany Byzantine Catholic Church on Old Alabama Road in Roswell around 2 a.m. Sunday.

Roswell fire officials continue to investigate a fire that damaged a church early Sunday morning.
Firefighters were called to the blaze around 2 a.m. Dec. 14 at Epiphany Byzantine Catholic Church, located at 2030 Old Alabama Road, according to WSB-TV.
The blaze damaged parts of the church and the wooded area surrounding the structure. Roswell police spokesperson Lisa Holland said Juan Carlos Ramirez, a person of interest in the case, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Holland said the fire department is investigating the blaze as an arson.
The church’s pastor said a nearby church has allowed the congregation to use its facility while they rebuild what they’ve lost, the news station reported.
