• Observed build up of debris along blade of can opener. CA: Can opener was cleaned and sanitized and debris was removed. All food contact surface must be cleaned and sanitized.
• Observed potentially hazardous food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit throughout facility (see "temperature observations"). CA: All cold held items must be stored at 41 degrees F or lower. Items found to be out of temperature were discarded onsite.
• Observed rice and beef hot holding at 103 on grill in main kitchen. CA: Item was reheated to 165 degrees F in microwave. Hot held items must maintain temperatures of 135 degrees or higher
• Observed beef and rice hot holding at 112.7 degrees F in front food service steam table. CA: Item was discarded onsite. All hot held items must maintain temperatures of 135 degrees F or higher.
