• Observed raw meat prepared directly beside (box stored) handwash station. Provided splash guard and remove food items. Container of soup stored directly inside handwash station hand wash sink is to be used for hand washing purposes only.
• Observed several soiled wiping cloths throughout facility (prep counters) not stored in sanitizing solution or germ resistant container. Corrected On-Site.
• Observed food service permit posted in plain view of customers with the annual fee due date past due. Contact Fiscal Services.
• Upon Arrival observed excessive food debris and trash on floor of main service line. Frequently clean.
