Rising Pre-K Summer Transition Program Starts June 5
The Child Development Association will host two classes for children registered for Pre-K for 2017-18 and whose home language is Spanish.

ROSWELL, GA – Starting June 5, Roswell-based Child Development Association will host two Rising Pre-K Summer Transition classes through a six-week program offered by the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning.
The initiative targets students who are registered to attend Georgia's Pre-K Program or a Head Start Program for the 2017-2018 school year. Rising Pre-K is designed to support children whose home language is Spanish.
A child’s family must meet income requirements to be eligible for participation (85 percent of the state median income). Children must also be a resident of Georgia, a U.S citizen or have established status as a lawfully admitted qualified alien, age eligible for Pre-K, and whose home language is Spanish.
