Road Closures Planned For Possum Trot 10K

ROSWELL, GA -- On Saturday, the Chattahoochee Nature Center will hots its 38th Annual Possum Trot 10K along the banks of the Hooch. 

For motorists, this means you will have to navigate around some road closures needed to accommodate the race. 

The closures are as follows: 

• Willeo Road between Azalea Drive and ByWater Trail will close at 6 a.m. and reopen at approximately 8:45 a.m. to 9 a.m.
• Azalea Drive between S.R. 9/Atlanta Street and Willeo Road will close at approximately 6:55 a.m. and reopen at approximately 8 a.m. to 8:15 a.m.

The 10K race will begin at 7 a.m., and the 1-mile fun run will start at 7:10 a.m. Detours will be in place, but delays should be expected in the affected areas.
