Roswell Area Park Pool Opening June 15

ROSWELL, GA — The Roswell Area Park Pool will open for the season on June 15. The is loaded with special amenities, including a 50-meter Olympic-size pool with eight lap lanes, a diving well with two spring boards, and a children’s wading pool with a mushroom waterfall.

Enjoy the many programs offered at the pool, including aquatic exercise programs, youth and adult swim lessons, lap swimming, swim team, lifeguard training, paddle board yoga, and aquatic camps. Bring the entire family for a fun day in the sun and enjoy the full-service concession stand sponsored and operated by the Roswell Rapids Swim Team.

Daily Pool Admission Rates

• Residents: $3
• Non-Residents: $5
• Children (under 2): Free
• Note: Pool manager must approve flotation devices

Summer RAP Pool Hours

• Monday - Wednesday/Friday: noon - 5 p.m., 7:30 - 9 p.m.
• Thursday: Closed for maintenance and swim meets
• Saturday/Sunday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
• Sunday: 1 - 6 p.m.

Notes

• Credit cards are encouraged but cash will be accepted.
• Pool passes will not be sold for the 2020 swim season.

Rules

Note the rules below are in addition to the permanent rules posted at the facility.

• Be respectful and responsible; do not come to the pool if you or an immediate family member has been sick or been around anyone that has been sick.
• Social distancing must be maintained during check-in, on the pool deck, dive well, restrooms, and while in the pool.
• Large groups and parties (10 people or more) are not allowed.
• Toddler pool will remain closed until further notice.
• No special events until further notice (Wibit, movie night, rentals, parties).
• Deck chairs are not to be moved to ensure social distancing.
• One lap lane will be available for lap swim and exercise. Workouts are limited to 30 minutes in lap lane.
• Parents are responsible for social distancing enforcement of their child during their pool visit.
• An adult is required to stay for the duration of the visit for all children 12 and under.
• Extra detail to cleaning and sanitizing will be used to ensure safety.
• Sanitizing cleaner is provided for patrons to wipe down deck chairs before and after usage.
• The maximum capacity has been reduced per the governor’s orders and for public safety.
