Roswell Business Academy Starts Jan. 19
Roswell Inc's professional development program is designed to challenge, inspire, and help business leaders achieve their goals.

ROSWELL, GA -- Registration is now open for the 2017 Roswell Business Academy, a professional development program designed to challenge, inspire, and help local entrepreneurs achieve their goals.
This year’s program, which kicks off Thursday, Jan. 19, covers tackling business growth barriers, leadership development, de-cluttering a workspace, crafting the perfect bio and social media marketing.
Sessions are $10 each. Participants can register for each class individually or purchase a series pass to secure their seat at all five sessions.

Limited spots are available, and early registration is encouraged. All participants must work for a business located in Roswell.

- Jan. 19 – Get Unstuck: Overcome Business Growth Barriers. Every leader and every business hits a wall. Whether your issues are tied to leadership development, employee engagement, limited cash flow, market penetration or other common growth barriers, business leader and Fortune 100 consultant Anthony Flynn will share practical tools to break through your wall and take your business to the next level.
- Feb. 16 – Rise-up: Become a Leader Worth Following. In this session, you will learn how to strengthen the core of your leadership ability and create a culture of empowerment for your company. Essy Lucas will share practical visual tools developed by GiANT Worldwide, a global company dedicated to leadership transformation, that will help you become a more effective and influential leader - one everyone wants to follow.
- March 23 – De-clutter: Create a Space for Success. Discover the joy of a beautiful and organized workspace. Sara Fisher, owner of A Simple Space, will discuss how simplifying, organizing, and personalizing your office can increase productivity, foster greater creativity, and enhance critical thinking and problem solving.
- April 27 – Define: Enhance Your Business Presence with a Great Bio. A compelling bio is one of your most important marketing tools. In this session, professional writing coach Beth Hermes will teach you how turn an interested audience into a loyal patron or client by creating a clear, engaging bio that highlights your accomplishments, business philosophy, and life experiences - all while telling your unique story.
- May 23 – Engage: Build Your Brand on Social Media. In this session, Mallie Hart, owner of Go Creative Go!, will focus on best practices for creating, building and maintaining a Facebook presence, while also spending some time on other platforms, such as Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram. The class will cover organic reach versus advertising campaigns, as well as tips and tricks to ensure marketing messages get seen by the right eyes - those with an intent to buy.
