Roswell To Consider Eminent Domain Policy
The policy would allow the City of Roswell to acquire private property needed for city projects and transportation.
ROSWELL, GA — The City of Roswell plans to establish a policy to formally acquire private property needed for city projects and transportation, reported the Atlanta-Journal Constitution.
The city policy would be for the use of eminent domain. Mayor Lori Henry is expected to present a resolution for the measure Dec. 13 at the next regular meeting.
