Roswell History Buffs Can Take On Halloween Scavenger Hunt -- in Costume
The Halloween neighborhood scavenger hunt will take place at noon Saturday, Oct. 18 in the city's historic district.

The Roswell Historical Society will host a Halloween neighborhood scavenger hunt in the city’s historic district.
The hunt will begin at noon Saturday, Oct. 18.

Costumed participants should meet in the parking lot of the Roswell Visitors Center at 617 Atlanta Street to obtain the list of clues and questions about Roswell’s history.
Photos of each location in the hunt will need to be taken as proof of participation.

The race will end promptly at 3 p.m. when all teams report back to Mac McGee’s at 936 Canton Street for final scoring and the awarding of prizes.
Teams of up to five people may enter. Entry fee is $20 per person and $10 for kids 10 and under.
A post-hunt party will be on the upper floor of Mac McGee’s. Appetizers will be provided and guests will receive a 15 percent discount on any additional food purchases.
