Roswell To Host Realtor Breakfast and Workshop

From The City of Roswell: The City of Roswell’s Environmental/Public Works and Community Development Departments will host a Realtor Breakfast and Workshop on Jan. 23. Realtors working in Roswell are encouraged to attend to learn more about ordinances and resources that affect residential real estate.

Some topics to be discussed include:

• When permitting is required from the Community Development Department.

• Ordinances that realtors and potential buyers should be aware of.

• Best management practices for erosion and pollution.

• Resources and beneficial programs available to homeowners.

The workshop will take place at Roswell City Hall in Room 220 from 9 to 11:30 a.m. City Hall is located at 38 Hill Street in Roswell. A continental breakfast will be served to attendees.
