Roswell To Host Solidarity Rally Saturday

ROSWELL, GA — Join Mayor Lori Henry and Dr. Sabin Strickland, Pastor of Pleasant Hill Church, on Saturday for a peaceful rally to show solidarity against racial injustice and to come together in support of racial equity.
The event will begin at 2 p.m. in front of City Hall, 38 Hill St., and will include remarks from Pastor Strickland, Henry, Police Chief James Conroy, and others. The event will also include the reading of a public pledge and resolution against racism.
Participants should bring their signs, and are encouraged to wear face coverings and to practice physical distancing for the safety of all who attend.
