The new school zone will reduce the speed limit from 40 MPH to 25 MPH from 6:55 to 7:55 a.m. and from 2:05 to 3:05 p.m. Monday-Friday during school operation. Roswell will install the appropriate regulatory signs and markings along the street prior to Aug. 10.

Motorists are asked to be alert and use caution when driving through the new school zone. Travelers should also be aware that with the opening of West Roswell Elementary, school buses will be incorporated into this area’s existing traffic flow during morning arrivals and evening departures.

Residents may experience delays while traveling in the area until new traffic patterns are established. For the latest updates on Roswell Transportation projects, visit www.roswellgov.com/conezone.
