Roswell Man Charged For Threatening Woman's Life: Police
She accused him of touching her child before he threatened her life, according to reports.
ROSWELL, GA — A Roswell man is facing a misdemeanor terroristic threat charge weeks after threatening a woman and her son at a gas station, according to reports. Allen Robinson, 28, is alleged to have threatened the woman's life after she accused him of touching her child.
A police report said Robinson began yelling at the 7-year-old boy while he was standing in line at an Alpharetta Highway gas station on Feb. 9, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
“(The boy) ran out of the store and told his mom the guy touched his back and yelled,” Roswell Police Officer J.R. Cannon wrote in the report, the AJC reported.

Robinson "immediately began jumping and yelling," police said.
The mother called 911 soon after. Authorities found Robinson at a nearby bar, where he was arrested, the AJC reported. He denied knowledge of the incident.

Conflicting witness statements make it unknown whether Robinson actually touched the child.
Robinson is being held on $1,000 bond.
