Roswell Man Killed in Head-On Collision

CUMMING, GA -- A Roswell man was killed Thursday afternoon in a head-on collision with another vehicle in Forsyth County, authorities say.

John Cory Brown, 27, was driving west on Castleberry Industrial Drive in Cumming around 5:40 p.m. Feb. 18 when his vehicle was hit directly by another traveling east, said Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Epifanio Rodriguez in a news release.

Brown was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead. The driver of the other vehicle did not suffer any injuries, Rodriguez said.

The crash remained under investigation and no charges had been filed Friday morning. Return to Patch for updates.
