Roswell Offers Buy One, Get One Free For Select Holiday Events
If residents register for Breakfast with Santa or the Candy Cane Hunt, they will receive free admission to one of two events.

With all the holiday events happening in Roswell this season, it can be hard to choose which ones you want to attend.

With that in mind, Roswell’s Recreation, Parks, Historic, and Cultural Affairs Department is making that decision a bit easier with its Buy One, Get One Free offer on select events.
Register for Breakfast with Santa on Dec. 5 or the Candy Cane Hunt on Dec. 12, and you will receive free admission to the Night at the Polar Express on Dec. 4 or the Holiday Hay Ride on Dec. 11.

To register for an event, visit www.roswellgov.com/register. When you register for Breakfast with Santa or the Candy Cane Hunt, you will be automatically prompted to choose your free program.
Breakfast with Santa will be held from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Bill Johnson Community Activity Building at Roswell Area Park. It will include a continental breakfast, coloring, music, games, dancing, face painting, crafts and Santa Claus. Each person entering the breakfast must be registered to attend, and children must be accompanied by a registered adult.
The cost to attend is $14 for residents and $21 for non-residents.
The Candy Cane Hunt, scheduled for Dec. 12, will kick off at 5:30 p.m. at the East Roswell Recreation Center, which is located at East Roswell Park.
The kiddos will begin the event with a pizza dinner and then it’s off to hunt for all types of candy canes. Parents and children must register to attend, and registration will not be accepted the day of the event.
The cost is $12 for residents and $18 for non-residents.
If you register for the two aforementioned events, you will receive free admission to one of these events:
- Night at the Polar Express, 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 4 at the East Roswell Recreation Center at East Roswell Park: It’s family movie night! We’ll watch Polar Express on the big screen and enjoy popcorn, hot chocolate, and goodies. Don’t forget your pillows and blankets! Parents are free, all children must register individually. Cost: $8, residents; $12, non-residents — or free with the BOGO offer.
- Holiday Hay Ride, 6:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 11 at the East Roswell Rec. Center: Bring the whole family to enjoy a Winter Wonderland hayride around the park and end the evening with cookie decorating and sipping hot chocolate. Each child must be accompanied by a parent; children under 1 year old are free. All ages. Cost: $12 residents; $18 non-residents — or free with the BOGO offer.
