Roswell To Open New Water Treatment Plant

The city will celebrate the opening with a free community festival on Saturday, May 21.

ROSWELL, GA -- In conjunction with National Drinking Water Week, the city of Roswell will celebrate the grand opening of its new water treatment plant.

The city will host a free community festival from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, May 21. This event will be held at the new water plant, located at 100 Dobbs Drive.

This family-friendly celebration will feature a variety of activities, including tours of the new water plant, opportunities to learn about water conservation and water quality, a mini touch-a-truck, cookout and giveaways.

Residents on the Roswell water system will also be able to sign up for AquaHawk, a free online portal that enables Roswell water customers to see their water usage and an estimate of their bill anytime during the billing cycle.
