Roswell Releases Barrington Hall Cooking Class Schedule

ROSWELL, GA -- Staff members at Barrington Hall have released the lineup of cooking classes that will be held at the historic home over the next year.

All classes will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Tuesdays in the kitchen of the historic home at 535 Barrington Drive. Each class also includes complimentary wine served with dinner and a mini tour of Barrington Hall.

The schedule is as follows:

• Sept. 26: Date Night in Greece
• Oct. 10: Oktoberfest Dinner
• Oct. 24: A Southern Thanksgiving
• Nov. 7: Italian Holiday Cookies
• Dec. 5: Building a Gingerbread House
• Jan. 16, 2018: Learn all the Knife Skills
• Jan. 30, 2018: Evening in Budapest
• Feb. 13, 2018: Party in The French Quarter
• Feb. 27, 2018: Southern Cakes
• March 13, 2018: Fish Cookery
• March 27, 2018: Asian Street Food
• April 24, 2018: Special Occasion Dinner
• May 8, 2018: Spring Dinner in Provence
• May 22, 2018: Luscious Pies
• June 12, 2018: Great American Steakhouse Dinner
• June 26, 2018: Girls’ Night Out in Athens
• July 10, 2018: Date Night in Paris

Classes will be taught by Chef Wendy Gay, a culinary educator, catering professional, chef and owner of Culinary Vacations, a travel cooking school that focuses on the cuisines of different regions in France, Italy and Spain. She was trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute in Hyde Park, New York.
